At this meeting the committee will present a resolution to incorporate the club as a company limited by guarantee, replacing the current unincorporated club status. There will also be a proposal to deregister from Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC) status.

Both resolutions will require members attending the meeting to vote.

This meeting is for members only which includes all committee members, gold card holders, and players, managers and coaches of all teams.
